We’re proud to announce that our lead designer, Sam, has been accepted onto the Awwwards judging panel as part of “The Young Jury” for 2018. This appointment is a considerable achievement and credit to the exceptional work that Sam has produced.
Awwwards are the leading awards body in our industry, and we’ve been honoured to receive multiple awards and nominations from them over the last few years, including:
- eCommerce Site of the Year 2017
- Mobile Site of the Week
- Honourable Mention
- Mobile Excellence
Founded in 2009, the organisation has taken a modern approach to web design awards, forming an awards panel of well-respected industry experts and acknowledging designs from across the globe. Sites are critiqued across a set of different factors, covering design, usability, creativity and content. Awards are subsequently presented in various categories with a more formal awards event held each year. Specific accolades are endorsed by well-known brands, such as the Mobile Excellence Award which has been developed in partnership with Google.
Awwwards also produce an accompanying print publication of the year’s best websites as well as many ebooks and digital guides. Their collection has become an inspiration for young professionals and continues to grow.
