Capita are a large digital services and software company made up of multiple divisions. Capita are a very well-known organisation, working with clients all over the world.
We worked with Capita on a major overhaul to how they present their HR solutions. The project has transformed the digital presence for Capita’s HR division, developing the overarching Capita People Solutions brand and website along with four pillar sites for different sub-divisions and departments.
We supported Capita’s internal marketing team across several areas including web design, web development, SEO and copywriting. As part of this, we conducted numerous rounds of research and competitor analysis and presented our findings to stakeholders. During decision-making processes, we provided consultation with Capita’s internal teams to arrive at a strategy that takes into account diverse opinions and priorities.
Search In Mind
Our core focus area during the project was SEO and we helped Capita redefine their service offering with search in mind. Working closely with the key stakeholders across each department, we helped create and implement a strategy to make services more discoverable. Contributing at a technical level, we also provided guidance at both design and development stages and took a very hands-on approach to content writing and page optimisation.
The broader project will encompass a larger transition, with more divisions adopting their new visual identity, website platform and similar content restructuring. Our team have continued to provide Capita with support in multiple areas throughout this process.
