Microsoft launched an exciting new tool towards the end of 2020 called Microsoft Clarity. After first becoming available in 2018 to a limited number of users, Microsoft Clarity finished its closed beta phase and is now available, free of charge, for anyone to use.

The product provides analysts with a suite of functionality to track, analyse and visualise how users interact with a website or web application.
