We’ve all heard the saying ‘a picture paints a thousand words’ – but when it comes to running display ads across your PPC campaigns, a relevant, high-quality image can be the difference between someone engaging with your ad, or simpling scrolling past!
Microsoft and Shutterstock
As of last week, users of Microsoft advertising are now able to utilise a colossal library of more than 300 million images thanks to their new partnership with stock photography giants, Shutterstock.
Providing advertisers in the U.S and U.K with free access to stock imagery within the Micorosft Advertising web interface, users will now be able to simply update and improve their Audience Ad Images without having to leave the platform.
Current Applications
The new feature is currently available for use on all Microsoft Audience Ad Images.
Microsoft Audience Ad Images are a native ad format that can be displayed across the entire Microsoft Suite – from Edge, to Outlook.
Microsoft have also mentioned that access to the stock library will also become available for image extensions in search ads too – something we certainly look forward to experimenting with!
